How is BillaTraining different ?
Imagine that you are going to run, swim, or cycle a 30-minute fitness test by listening to your sensations, which we are going to specify between an “easy, “medium,” and “maximum” pace. You will ultimately know and understand your capabilities of power, cardiac efficiency, tolerance to acidosis (anaerobic), and your energy management, which we call an “energy radar.” Based on the shape of your energy radar – we will instruct you session after session, according to your schedule and your goals, a real, personalized program backed by science.
Each week: 2 to 3 specific sessions (maximum duration 1 hour) + 1 long session (duration varies according to your goals). We provide a monthly debriefing with a BillaTraining specialist (available for our Premium customers). With the use of digital technologies, we have quick response times, making ourselves more available to you.
